It is the sole Dutch initiative today that succeeded to build up an essential contact with a number of international theatre artists. This contact is crucial: it makes Dutch theatre makers more aware of theatre abroad and it arouses the interest of foreign artists in Dutch theatre during the period of their stay. Thanks to many years of hard work a growing number of foreign theatre artists return to Holland on a more or less regular basis and give workshops, lectures, create small productions and share their experience and expertise with an increasing number of theatre artists and pedagogues.”
